Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registrants unable to attend will
receive a refund of paid registration fee, less a USD $50 processing
charge per full conference registration..IF email or phone notice is
received no later than September 13, 2011. No refunds given after
September 14. Substitutions may be made at any time for registrants unable to
attend. Should unusual weather conditions force cancellation of the
conference, the conference presentations will be conveyed by print or
Internet to those registered as fulfillment.
